One thing I love to do is bake bread. And my family loves to eat home baked bread.
I bought this book several years ago and LOVE, LOVE, LOVE it!
There is no arduous kneading of the dough. You just put the ingredients all together into the mixer, mix them up and set the bowl aside to let the dough rise.
Once the dough is roughly twice in size, a filling can be added (or not) and the dough can be shaped.
For our family, those two loaves only last for one meal. Guess I’d better get back to baking!
