This was the perfect recipe for this evening. To prepare this one, the vegetable are cut up and marinated in one zip lock bag, the chicken is marinated in another zip lock bag – the bags are left in the refrigerator for a couple of hours then placed in the pan to cook.
We had a really busy afternoon so being able to prepare ahead of time was great.
This is the closest in appearance to the book as I have come thus far.
